We assist in drafting or reviewing the purchase agreement to ensure everything is in order.

Stap 06 Notary and transfer

On the big day, we make sure everything is in order, and we guide you through the process at the notary.

What does it cost?

Prices

Our rates are transparent and fair. We charge 1% of the purchase price + 21% VAT for our mediation services. If you have questions about pricing or specific requests, feel free to contact us. We’re happy to assist.
