We want to make sure you don’t have to worry about anything. We are the first point of contact for your tenant, so you don't have to deal with any issues. Whether it’s a leak, repairs, or rent payment: we coordinate everything. We collect the rent on your behalf and handle the payments of necessary costs. And don't forget, we manage the annual rent price indexation as well.

You’ll never have to wait long with us. When something arises, we act immediately. We assess the situation and get things moving quickly to resolve it. You don’t have to worry, we ensure everything runs smoothly. Transparency and speed are our top priorities.

We have a network of reliable professionals we can call upon. Think of electricians, plumbers, painters, and handymen who can quickly get to work. We handle all the administrative work: from payments to settlements with you or the tenant, depending on the situation. We closely monitor to ensure everything is done properly and to your satisfaction. You won’t have to worry about a thing!

At Prestige Real Estate & Rental, we believe in clarity. No unexpected costs, just fair rates:

• Administrative & financial management: 4% + 21% VAT per month
• Technical & administrative/financial management: 6% + 21% VAT per month

We always carefully review quotes to ensure you get the best price-quality ratio. And you won’t have to worry about hidden fees, such as extra costs for contractors or other third parties.

You’ll receive a monthly statement from us, outlining the rent, our management fees, and any other payments. We’ll keep you updated on the rent’s progress and any ongoing matters – but we won’t overwhelm you with unnecessary information. If anything significant happens, you’ll be the first to know! Upon request, we can also conduct periodic property inspections.

We always make clear agreements. In our management contract, we clearly outline your rights and our obligations, so you always know where you stand.
